The Bandwagon is a mobile music education program bringing free and accessible music instruction directly into the neighborhoods of North Portland. Operating out of a converted trailer equipped with instruments, sound equipment, and a small performance stage, we go where students are. Our goal is removing the barriers of cost, transportation, and limited school programming that keep too many young people from experiencing what music can do.
