The Bandwagon is a mobile music education program bringing free and accessible music instruction directly into the neighborhoods of North Portland.

Operating out of a converted trailer equipped with instruments, sound equipment, and a small performance stage (the wagon is in construction while you're reading this) we go where students are. Our goal is removing the barriers of cost, transportation, and limited school programming that keep too many  people, young and old, from experiencing how musical engagement can connect communities.

We believe every person deserves the chance to create, belong, and be heard.
